Strategy and Vision: An Interview with Iraid Rosales, Country Manager for Mexico

1. Tell us about your professional background and how you came to Amusnet.

My path to iGaming has been the natural outcome of a career dedicated to leading operations, optimizing customer experiences, and building strategic relationships in technology-driven industries. Before joining Amusnet, I worked for over a decade in the technology and financial services sector, managing projects in Latin America and Africa, always with a focus on innovation, social impact, and operational efficiency.

Entering the iGaming world was a refreshing change for me: I discovered a vibrant, dynamic industry full of talent, innovation, and - something I deeply value - a genuine commitment to responsible gaming.

Since May 2024, I have the privilege of leading Amusnet in Mexico as Country Manager. I was particularly drawn to Amusnet's focus on product quality, its global vision, and its commitment to sustainable growth in strategic markets like Mexico. From day one, the Amusnet team has placed their trust in me, and I've had the privilege of collaborating with operators, colleagues, and strategic partners whose experience has enriched me.

Today, my main goal is to consolidate Amusnet's presence in the country through strong partnerships with our customers. More than just offering them games, we seek to support them in their growth, understanding their challenges, adapting to their needs, and building long-term relationships that drive their success and, consequently, ours.

2. Tell us about Amusnet's value proposition in Mexico.

Amusnet's value proposition in Mexico is based on three pillars: constant innovation, closeness to our customers, and a high-quality entertainment offering. In addition to our renowned digital offering, which includes online slots, roulette, and live casino, this year we are taking an important step with the launch of our physical cabinets for land-based casinos. This allows us to take our experience to the next level, offering a truly multichannel offering, where players can enjoy the same quality of entertainment both online and in physical casinos.

3. What is the secret to staying in the Mexican market?

I think the secret lies in knowing how to listen. Listening to the player, the operator, and the market. Mexico is a very dynamic and competitive environment, and to stay relevant, you have to adapt quickly, innovate without losing your local focus, and, above all, build trust.

At Amusnet, we believe that being close to our customers and being flexible enough to respond to their specific needs make a huge difference. We focus on building lasting relationships, understanding their challenges, and supporting them to achieve their business goals sustainably.

4. What is the Mexican audience like in relation to your offering?

The Mexican audience is very passionate, demanding, and always open to trying new experiences. We have seen a very positive reception to our games, especially those with vibrant themes, accessible mechanics, and engaging bonus features. It's a market that values both the excitement of the game and the visual and mathematical quality of the products, which fits very well with our proposal.

5. How does the commercial and marketing side of things work in your markets?

Our commercial approach is based on building strong and sustainable relationships with our partners. We not only offer products, but also comprehensive support that includes technical support, performance analysis, and strategic advice. On the marketing side, we focus on customized strategies closely aligned with each operator's commercial objectives. We are also investing in more innovative and visible actions that reinforce both brand positioning and player engagement.

6. What products and services does Amusnet offer in Mexico?

In Mexico, we offer a wide range of iGaming content with more than 250 online games - fruit, dice, character slots, keno, and roulettes, all adapted to local regulations.

And as I mentioned before, we recently expanded our offering with physical cabinets for land-based casinos. This new line represents an important step for us, as we bring our experience from the digital to the physical environment, maintaining the same quality in design, playability, and performance. This multichannel vision is one of our major priorities for continued growth in the country and the region.

But beyond games, we also offer operational tools, local technical support, ongoing updates, and customized marketing solutions that help our clients better position themselves, attract more players, and meet their business objectives.

Our goal is to be more than a supplier: we want to be a strategic partner for each of our operators in Mexico.
